Why Ireland,
Why Now.

A €9.8 billion foodservice and wellness market growing at pace, with the youngest population in the EU and structural tailwinds that favour premium, experience-led concepts.

  • 01
Europe’s youngest consumers. Ireland’s median age is 39.4 — five years below the EU average. 43% of the population lives in or around Dublin, one of Europe’s most educated and affluent urban centres.
  • 02
Strong spend & corporate wellness budgets. Restaurant spending rose 4.4% in 2024, café revenue grew 5.8%, and the wellness sector is outpacing both. Dublin is home to the European HQs of Salesforce, Google, Meta, and hundreds of multinationals — many offering employees wellness stipends and health benefits that flow directly into premium fitness, recovery, and self-care.
  • 03
Tourism tailwind. 6.4 million international visitors spent €5.5 billion in Ireland in 2025. Dublin consistently ranks as a top European city-break destination, delivering footfall that global brands rely on.
  • 04
Underpenetrated & policy-supported. Global premium wellness and hospitality brands remain underrepresented relative to comparable European cities. A reduced 9% hospitality VAT rate further improves operator economics.

Three verticals.
One operating platform.

We partner with the world’s most compelling brands across wellness, health, and hospitality — providing the local expertise, operational infrastructure, and brand stewardship they need to thrive in Ireland.

Premium infrared sauna and cold plunge recovery facility

Wellness & Recovery

Recovery is the new fitness.

The global wellness economy reached $6.8 trillion in 2024 and is growing at 7.6% annually. Infrared saunas, cold plunge, and contrast therapy are leading the charge — the cold plunge market alone is projected to nearly double by 2033. Studios are scaling rapidly across New York and London, but none have entered Ireland. We’re building the infrastructure to change that.

Health & Aesthetics

Clinical results, studio experience.

Facial fitness, skin health, and tech-enabled beauty are redefining personal care. The concept is proven: clinical results delivered in a design-led studio command premium pricing and fierce loyalty. Ireland’s young, affluent consumer base — many of whom receive employer wellness stipends from the multinationals that call Dublin home — is the ideal market for these concepts.

Hospitality & F&B

Where the experience is the product.

Specialist coffee, experiential dining, and lifestyle-led food concepts continue to drive footfall and repeat spend. We focus on design-forward brands where the experience is the product — not commodity F&B.

For wellness, fitness,
and hospitality brands.

The best brands in the world are selective about who carries their name into new markets. Whether you’re a recovery studio with 50 US locations or a facial fitness concept expanding across Europe, you need a local partner who understands both the market and the standard. Corner House Ventures is that partner for Ireland.

  • Market analysis, site selection, and lease negotiation across Dublin and key regional cities.
  • On-the-ground launch operations: fitout management, local team build, and supply chain.
  • Full protection of brand standards across design, service, and guest experience.
  • Fewer, better locations — premium positioning over fast footprint expansion.
“The brands that will define the next decade of Irish wellness and hospitality haven’t arrived yet. We exist to make sure they land right.”

For investors
and capital partners.

Premium wellness and fitness is attracting serious capital globally — contrast therapy studios are scaling across the US, facial fitness concepts have expanded to five countries, and Hyrox is reshaping competitive fitness with 100+ events worldwide. Corner House Ventures offers investors access to proven, international brands in a high-growth market, at an earlier stage.

  • Franchise and licence structures with proven unit economics and limited capital intensity.
  • Exposure to high-loyalty, design-led concepts with strong repeat spend.
  • Technology-driven operations — streamlined back office, real-time reporting, and data-led decision making to maximise unit profitability.
  • Transparent reporting, co-investment alignment, and clear exit pathways.
  • Multi-unit potential in a market growing at a 3.9% CAGR through 2030.
  • EIIS qualifying — eligible investors may benefit from significant tax relief under Ireland’s Employment Investment Incentive Scheme.

A considered approach
to growth.

01

Curate

We track the world’s most compelling wellness, fitness, and hospitality brands and identify those best suited to the Irish market.

02

Validate

Rigorous analysis of unit economics, operational model, brand-market fit, and technology requirements before any commitment is made.

03

Launch

Secure flagship locations in Dublin and key cities. Manage fitout, recruit local teams, and deliver openings that match the global standard.

04

Scale

Expand selectively — each new location must earn the brand, not dilute it. Protect brand equity, operational excellence, and guest experience at every stage.

About Corner
House Ventures.

Corner House Ventures was founded on a simple conviction: Ireland’s consumer market is ready for the world’s best wellness, fitness, and hospitality brands, and those brands deserve a partner who treats their standard as sacred. We combine deep knowledge of the Irish market with an operator’s mentality, an investor’s discipline, and a technology-first approach to back-office operations — so every location runs as efficiently as it looks.

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Michael Scott

Michael spent the last decade helping globally listed technology companies enter and scale in the Irish market — identifying the opportunity, building the commercial case, and winning the enterprise accounts that funded local growth.

It was that work — travelling to cities like London and New York — that planted the seed for Corner House Ventures. Seeing world-class hospitality and wellness brands thriving in cities with consumers who looked a lot like the ones at home, he couldn’t understand why they hadn’t arrived yet. Ireland has a young, affluent, experience-hungry population, a €9.8 billion foodservice market, and 6.4 million annual visitors — but a fraction of the premium concepts that London and New York take for granted.

Corner House Ventures exists to fix this and to be the dedicated operating partner for the brands that will define the next era of Irish hospitality — launching, protecting, and scaling them with the same discipline and precision he brought to building technology businesses.

Michael brings the toolkit that global brands need from a market-entry partner: the ability to research and validate a commercial opportunity before committing capital, negotiate complex multi-stakeholder deals, build revenue infrastructure from scratch in a new geography, and apply data-driven decision-making to every aspect of the operation.

He leads CHV’s commercial strategy, brand partnerships, and investor relations — and approaches every brand relationship as a stewardship, not a transaction.

Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer

Elizabeth Scott

Elizabeth is a supply chain and logistics leader at Amazon, where she manages complex cross-functional operations at scale — coordinating procurement, distribution, and process optimisation across large teams and multiple categories.

At Corner House Ventures, Elizabeth is responsible for turning brand partnerships into operational reality. She leads launch execution — including staffing and training, and the day-to-day performance management that determines whether a location meets the brand’s global standard.

What makes her particularly well-suited to this role is the combination of Amazon’s operational rigour with a genuine personal passion for the verticals CHV operates in. She is deeply engaged with the wellness and beauty industry — as a consumer and as someone who understands the products, the market, and the experience that distinguishes a great wellness or aesthetics brand.

Elizabeth brings the systems thinking that ensures every location runs as efficiently as it looks — and the attention to detail that ensures the guest experience a brand has spent years perfecting is maintained.
